How long will it take my delivery to arrive?

Please allow 3-8 business days for standard shipping within the US and 5-14 business days for shipping to Canada. We have priority shipping options available.

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. If you place your order before 12pm it will be processed and shipped that day. Please note shipping only takes place on business days.

We hope our valued customers might note that Queer Eye Store does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we’re on your side and will help in any way we can.

Office Hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm excluding Public Holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service team -

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently can only ship within the US and Canada.

My order never arrived, what do I do now?

We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as safely and quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service team with your email, order number and tracking number as soon as possible to ensure we can help you with this issue.

Duties and taxes on Canadian orders?

All international deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. For more information on duties and taxes in your region, we recommend you visit your local customs website.

We reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred from orders that are refused at customs, including a redirection fee.

Packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when purchasing your order.

Can I cancel or change details on my order?

As our warehouse processes your orders very quickly, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to change any order details or cancel the order. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Policy

We hope you love all your Official Queer Eye Store purchases but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We will happily provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets our requirements! Please note that we do not accept returns on any sale items.

A tip from us, make sure you check over the size guide and fit comments before you checkout, so you know exactly what you will receive. We want to help you get the best fit possible so if you are unsure you can contact us for any information you may need.

Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached).

Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.

Items must be returned with all tags still attached.

Here at the Official Queer Eye Store we reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.

Here at the Official Queer Eye Store we are also not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in the original packaging.

By placing an order with us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

Yes, all returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in New York, US. We do not cover the cost for return shipping or insurance.

How do I make a return?

To make a return pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the delivery note. You must state on this document whether you want to change the size or a refund and the corresponding articles.

How long does it take to process my refund?

We aim to process your refund within 14 business days. You will receive an email when we have processed your refund.

Your refund will be processed back to the original credit card you made the purchase with. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

I received a damaged or incorrect item, what do I do now?

We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order via email with images of the damage. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
